The next time you opened window A it would be in that same position and have the same size as it did when you closed it. When I use it to preview a picture, it opens on the bottom of the stack, instead of the top, which to be frank, is pointless. I am astounded that MS is so maliciously obtuse not to comprehend that some of us don't want our explorer windows changing (ever ). It serves me no purpose, while I Delete the keys. I tried both the MS Fix-It solution in the article, as well as manually editing registry for the 32-bit flavor. No effect. 0 Winsize2 Windows 10 does not.
The fix mentioned above doesn't do the trick. Please click the link in the confirmation email to activate your subscription. FYI I returned 800$ in windows upgrades because this feature does not work. Because I cannot control what an open folder looks like, or where it opens, or what it displays get redirected here grr.
Remember, we are talking about using the "Open each folder in it's own window" option.
