I've got my Homegroup set up, but I don't understand how to set permission folders/libraries. When I play the music through a standard network share it plays fine. I have tried the home group wizard to try and fix the problem, but that does not work. HomeGroup is still good, it just needs way more simple way to set up yet secure and do similar or even better way of sharing stuff locally. I found that either local network or trusted network are acceptable. I did #2 and #3 - not sure which one worked - but I am up and running . What does work is this.
