I'm stumped on this and any help would be appreciated, the noise is annoying. support. Did you verify that at least one metal (often brass) standoff is installed and very important, is it tight into the case? But Ive tried testing it with headphones the static/crackling noises persists.

I would suspect either the power supply or some voltage regulators on the mainboard, or maybe some weird interaction between this specific mainboard and this specific power supply.
