So even though my Windows XP Task Scheduler might be corrupted, it should not stop SAS from scanning at the scheduled time, unless of course, it depends on Windows XP Task Somehow the new version disable the scheduled scanning tasks from working properly. As I mentioned in my post, SAS WAS ABLE to start the scheduled scanning every day BEFORE I upgraded to V5.
