It wont stop, I even installed PeerBlock to block the IPs in question but it continues. Just click on the disable button to do so, but do not forget to enable the protection again.The real-time log may be useful but it is too limited for deeper analysis. Using peerblock may come in handy for downloading torrent, but it could also reduce your number of seeders, thus..it might slow down your download speed.

Like Tippy mentioned it also could be blocking the tracker.
