Have got that back now. Hmmm might have to check further. And by the way it was the first answer on the page in my google search. I have spent hours trying to fix it.

i have seen where the bandwith would do this if it wasn't impelmented right by them. About the only thing it seemed to have going for it is it felt a tiny bit faster at loading pages, but who cares about speed if the function isn't there? To get the favorites bar back right click to the right of the last tab and select Favorites. You can keep typing and it will find what you want.

I love this browser, but that issue with the status bar made me go back to chrome until I found a fix. Creative Commons License I have an HP Mini and have been reading the answers to this question since it was first asked back in 2006 and 2007, and this one worked. When I finish typing and hit the return key or the search icon nothing happens it just sits there and the page is blank apart from what I've typed in the
