It does not do what it claims to do, it is extremely slow, it is very stupidly designed, and it will not give you back what you thought it had backed So, to recap, you will change your boot order to have the CD-rom first, and your hard drive second. I would NOT recommend this service, not for anybody. Cluster headaches forced retirement of Tom in 2007, and the site was renamed "What the Tech". The initial backup can probably be very long, owing to the big amount of data on your computer all waiting to be uploaded at once.
