This last log still shows both AV Personal and Symantec. Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? Error was caused by Trojan-Spy.HTML.Smitfraud.c* System can not function in normal mode. I'll be posting the new HJT log as soon as I scan the system with the new antivirus, hopefully tonight.
