Please Help Me Clean My Computer From Desot.exe Or Windows Antivirus Pro

I can only run programs by using the "Run" feature built into task manager. I was able to do everything in safe mode, but when was not able to perform the scan. error message from registry editor says ‘registry editing has been disabled by your administrator.' I restarted my computer and it's says rundll32.exe not found.
